A few weeks ago we met the whole group of KIRUBS to make a Team Building, sounds good. Eh?. It is simply teaming with activities to relax, get to know better each other and enjoy a fun day together.

During the morning we made efforts to streamline production, we mingle in groups to expose the problems of the various departments and find solutions.
It was fun to see how we went from being very quiet to start contributing ideas and new perspectives to the conversation. That’s when we realized it worked, we were improving our work and solve the small details of everyday bustle.

After a hard day’s work, we had to do the barbecue, and Roger, Head of Marketing Department did it with great enthusiasm. Getting an excellent result in his execution. Note of it, gave our taste buds.

Finally, after a long talk and a full stomach, we retired each to his quarters to rest, happy to have solved many doubts, learned new things about our friends and enjoyed working on a different day, where we loaded the batteries to start next week with more desire.
